An exceptional natural setting
Nestled in a Natura 2000 protected zone, our brewery thrives in a pristine environment surrounded by woodlands, a river, and rich local terroir. Located on a 2-hectare forested estate, we draw our water from a deep artesian well tapping into groundwater that also supplies a well-known regional mineral water brand. This untreated, naturally filtered water ensures outstanding purity for every brew.

Founded in 2004, the brewery proudly upholds traditional craft brewing methods while embracing innovation. Our modern equipment — brewing system, stainless steel fermenters, automated bottling — ensures consistent quality with every batch, without compromising our artisanal spirit.
Locally rooted
Our beers embody the richness of our region. While some styles (like our IPA) include a touch of US hops (10kg per 3000L), the vast majority of our ingredients are locally sourced: water, grains, spices, yeasts… We partner with nearby producers to promote local, sustainable, and ethical brewing.
